Liongard develops and operates the Lexful inspector. It reads Lexful documentation into Liongard. This is a different connection from Liongard in Ask Lex, which lets Ask Lex query Liongard.
What it does
Liongard documents a read-only account inspector and organization-level child inspectors. These inventory organizations, documentation and account configuration. Liongard states that the inspector does not retrieve stored secret values or one-time codes. That is inspector behavior, not a read-only restriction on the API key.
Prepare Lexful
Sign in to your Lexful account as an administrator and open Platform → API keys. Select New key, enter a name for this integration and select Create key. Copy the Key ID and Secret from the confirmation dialog, and the Account ID from the bar above the key list.
The secret is shown only when created or regenerated. See Create and manage API keys for credential management and IP restrictions.
For accounts hosted in the US, the API base URL is https://api.us.lexful.app. If your account uses another region, confirm the correct API address with Lexful support before connecting.
Configure the inspector
In Liongard, add a Lexful parent inspector for your MSP environment using a supported agent and the Lexful credentials.
Run the parent inspection and review the discovered organization inspectors.
Map the child inspectors to the intended Liongard environments and activate them.
Use Liongard’s Lexful inspector guide for the current fields, scheduling, supported agents and troubleshooting. Use the Lexful credential steps above if partner screenshots show older menu names.
Help and troubleshooting
Check the Account ID, full Key ID, current Secret and regional API address. If you regenerate the secret, update it in the partner product. If you use Platform → IP restrictions, allow the partner’s documented outbound addresses.
Contact the partner for its setup, mappings and integration behavior; contact Lexful support for Lexful API access or account issues. Never include secrets in support messages or screenshots.
