Keep a credential in one password record, even when the same sign-in works on several websites. Each saved URL belongs to that credential; it does not create another password or history.
Open or create a password
Open Passwords, choose the organization and open a record. To create one, select New, confirm the organization and complete the required fields. You need permission to create or edit records in that organization.
Add website URLs
Open the password’s Details and edit URL.
Enter the primary website and use Add another URL for each additional website that uses the same credential.
Save the edit and reopen it to check the complete list. Use Cancel to abandon the current URL edit.
The first URL is the primary URL. Removing it promotes the next URL. Save the whole list together. Use website URLs accepted by the editor; an additional URL is not a wildcard rule for unrelated sites.
Open or copy a website
Overview and quick access show the primary URL. Select +N more to expand additional websites and Show less to collapse them. Select a link to open it, or use its copy control. Details provides the full URL editor and its available open/copy actions.
Copy credentials and reveal the code
Use the username or password copy control for the value you need. When you successfully copy a password from quick access or the record details, Lexful reveals its configured one-time code. The password stays on the clipboard; the code is not copied automatically. Use the code’s own copy control if you need it.
Copying a username does not reveal a code. A failed password copy or a record without a configured code does not trigger a code reveal. Existing reveal/hide controls and secret-access checks still apply.
